What’s the difference between Free and Pro?
After you sign in, Free includes the teleprompter, browser recording, local conversion, and script template AI generation. Smart Follow on web and app is limited to 3 minutes per session. Script Extractor allows 5 MB files once per day. Pro unlocks unlimited Smart Follow, 100 MB Script Extractor, cloud scripts, Import Script, AI Script Generator, TikTok captions, and cloud recording upload.
Can I keep using scripts between computer and phone?
After you sign in, you can save scripts and keep using them after importing on supported platforms. The exact sync scope follows the current version.
What’s the difference between desktop and mobile?
Desktop is better for transparent overlay, livestreams, meetings, and long-script reading. Mobile is better for filming, overlay, selfies, and on-the-go talking-head videos.
Which platforms does the teleprompter support?
iPhone, Android, and web. Features and system requirements on each platform follow the current official release.
Why is lifetime limited to 100?
Lifetime is a founder offer. Only the first 100 purchases are available, then the plan closes.
Can I cancel a monthly or yearly plan?
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. You can manage or cancel through the Dodo customer portal after purchase.
Do I need an account to use CuePrompter?
Yes. Sign in with Google or email verification to use the teleprompter, recording, and other tools. You need Pro to unlock unlimited Smart Follow, cloud scripts, and premium AI tools.
How does Smart Follow work on the free plan?
Free accounts can use Smart Follow on web and the app, including floating prompter on mobile. Each session is limited to 3 minutes. You can start a new session anytime. Pro removes the time limit.
