3.1 AI Content Safety

Cueprompter's AI writing tools (including script generation, script templates, and caption generation) are intended for professional, educational, and creator speech content such as videos, talks, and social posts.

We do not generate explicit or adult text. Requests and model outputs are screened by:

Input filters that reject explicit or sexual prompts before a model is called
Mandatory model-level safety instructions that forbid NSFW or adult-intimate text
Output filters that block explicit results and model refusals from being returned to the user

We may refuse a generation request, suspend an account, or remove content that violates this policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the audio files and content you upload. By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process your content.
Our Content: All software, designs, and content on Cueprompter are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Payments and Refunds
